Was more concerned with trying to have good technique than going heavy or fast. I think the time was around 15 something and 95#. Pretty much max effort to get time of 23:31. Ran with Paul of Sat workouts and Lady Marine Stephanie, now on board.<br />Power snatch and box jumps are a good workout. 65Lbs to start in order to get the mechanics, finished in 14 and change.
