    Anyone have any tips on burpees? How do I get better? Other than suck it up and quit being a wuss.

  2. I did 50 days of the 100 day burpee challenge, but I don't think it helped me do them any better and it certainly didn't help me LIKE them any better.

  3. My burpee ability is lacking as well...but more is definitely not what I wanted to hear:) Good job on the time yesterday Jason.

    Really worked on form today...4x205# and then 1x225#. Next time will go up to 5x225#.

  4. More as in 50 a day? 50 3 times a week? I figured that I would have to be doing more, jsut dont want to burn myself out or for it to effect my time on the WOD.

  5. I think you're better off doing tabata burpees once a week or so. If you chose to do a strength day then do tabata following it.

  6. Strength days are always fun! Was waiting to see what you 0600 animals posted for weight moved. I was hoping to do a little more, maybe next time.
