  6. The weight was 65 lbs for guys and 45 for girls...thank God! I was pretty worried the thrusters were going to be heavy. It's a good workout, good luck afternoon crew!

  9. woke up late so i didnt make the 8:30 class did the WOD at 12:30 before lunch, never done the hollow rock before im sure they were sloppy, finished 23:52 as rx'd

  13. Raced Mother Nature tonight at the 6pm class.
    18:13 as RX'd. My shoulders are still shot from the Handstand PU last week so this was tough! Oh and how could I forget the Burpee Surpise on Saturday that added insult to injury!
