  1. Nice WOD but I did a lot of running! You'll lose count in this one quick...I think I did between 70-80 pull ups and 16-17 runs. 15 pull ups to start, then 5,5 and it was all little sets after that.

  3. 134 reps, 33 first round, 15 on second, 10 or less on the rest. I lost count of the rounds really early on in the workout. Good workout, great job to the 6am class!

  5. Moved inside because of the crossfit kids and subed 250m row for run. Started with 5 dead hang / 5 kip on the first couple of rounds and soon after moved to complete kip and lost count.

    Just curious...does anyone plan on coming out to the 11:30 class on m,w,f?

  6. Got 18 rounds. Totaled 20 dead hang and 80 kipping pull ups. Started out with 2 sets of 10 then leveled out on sets of 5 hoping for more rounds.

  9. The Skillet was on today....not long before we are cooking eggs on it...5 worked hard and fought thru the heat....18 or 19 rounds...min of 5 kips each time...nice and hot work...
