  2. Ha! Ken that reminds me of my house reno...I hired a day laborer one day to help us and we all took turns with "My Leetle Friend" (sledgehammer) and he was all bug eyed when I grabbed it and started swinging. "Excuse me Ma'am. Do you work out or something?" hee hee!

    I think I got up to 145...shoulda started out heavier...but was good in the end - grip was gettin' tarred.

  3. Great workout, started at 145# and Josh bumped me to 155#, glad he did. Got through all 15 min. without a fail, but each lift got slower and each 30 second period got faster. It's amazing to think that the women will be starting at 185# at the games!

  4. I came in today around noon and did this one. It was a good one! Did 365 all the way through without failing. I did a few reps with 385 in the middle but the weights kept falling off and I probably would have failed eventually anyway. Fun one! I'm already sore!
