  6. Great warm up and stretch afterwards. Learned snatch progression for first time and now think it may be possible to do them without injury.

    I was really gunning for Chris L.'s time but fell well short. Chris killed it! My time was 9:09.

  11. Had trouble with the pull ups. I really need to learn how to control my kip. Tore on my 1st round, so had to wear gloves (tough to grip) for the other rounds. 13:04 at 55#. Goal is to hit 65# soon!
