  1. Had to stop the pull ups and knock out push ups on the third or fourth round... Talk about a "rip up your hands week with pull-up!" Rough WOD but, lots of fun...

  2. First time to try Nicole. 7 rnds on the run and 6 on the pull ups. PU's 10, 12, 12, 12, 12, 8.

    Griffin smoked this....I don't think he had under 15 pull ups on any rnd.

    I heard that we are in for a treat next week with some benchmark wod's. Looking forward to it!
