With a continuously clock running do:

1 Clean & Jerk the first minute
2 Clean & Jerk the second minute
3 Clean & Jerk the third minute...

  2. I made it through 6 rounds with 115#. Brandon made it through 7 at RX at 135#. I think everyone made 6 rounds. I couldn't do these to save my life last month, think I've got the movement now. Just hoping Candice doesn't embarrass me too badly. -Bob

  5. Yeah Jared, thanks for that...now I just pray that I can get close to that. Not really my best lift, guess that is all the more reason to do the WOD.

    As rx'd 135# and made it into round 8. Jerks starter to look more like presses and really fatigues the shoulders. I really need to work on getting this movement down...

  9. normally the rx'd weight is 135 for guys 95 for women. scale as needed. it's grace style. ground to overhead in two movemnts. no need to squat clean.

  10. Harsh, but fun...as rx'd: 6 rounds and 6 reps. Couldn't lock out the jerk on the 7th rep! (Need to work on my form a great deal). Great job Raif! Your a freakin' monster!

  12. I still can't believe 7 min. can be that hard, and leave me this stiff! Got the 7th jerk in round 7(75#)as Chris was yelling, 3,2,1,...Go. Didn't even think about trying for 8. Candice and Raiford killed it at 6pm. I hope tomorrow is body weight stuff...

  13. 11 full rounds and then "No mas". Gonna feel that one tomorrow in wierd places. Had Ali and the kiddos watching so the pressure was on! Thanks to all others who were in the gym. Thats a big reason why you get so much out of crossfit-support and encouragement.
