  3. just a follow up on my post workout conversation with candace. the fastest woman's time at the 08 games on the deadlift/burpee workout we did yesterday was 3:23 by libby dibiase (who is a badass). caity matter who won the 08 games did it in 3:53.

candace did it as rx'd in 3:27. believe we have a games contender here folks.

  6. Unbelievable Candace and great times this week from the evening crews!!!

    Jason,

Thought for sure I could finally get to 100 straight, but tripped up at around 60...ughh. Very dissapointed Total time for 100 was 1:12. I know you can nail the 100 straight and under a minute today.

    Row was 13:37.

  8. I'm beyond jealous that our beloved blog guru got to spend an entire WEEK in what could arguably be our nation's greatest state. Sweet home, Alabama! The armpit of the US. Hurry home, Mike, before you catch an accent.

  12. Jason, here are some terms I've learned this week:

    "no-shoulders" = snake

"if you want I should" = if you want me to

"hottie" = an AL female with a complete set of teeth

    Good times,

    Mike
