  1. Power Snatch and OH Lunges are at 95#/65#

Please continue to post your comments, time, and weight. This will help us for future programming. Thanks everyone. Keep up the good work!!

  3. Chuck, I agree with you, as has Candice. I am almost always chasing both and when I am fortunate enough to beat one it is a good day!

  4. Candice is def a crossfit godess lol! I am always chasing her but am never close to catching her!

  6. Thanks guys! This is a tough one for me because there are so many people who push me farther than I thought I could go in many WOD's...Ken, Chris, Buzzard, Raif, Travis, and Vanessa all have put up some unfathomable times and loads and always keep the competition going strong. But all in all, I think that Ryan stands out in my mind the most. Ryan is very passionate about CF and is constantly striving to better himself, even before and after WOD's. He has shown a lot of improvement since I have known him and he keeps me on my toes... so my vote is for Ryan.

  8. I think we should also acknowledge how great the trainers have been with the great programming, awesome classes, strength training and overall encouragement! Thanks Chuck, Mike, Kristi, Chris, Ken, and Jason! You guys bring it to a whole new level!

  10. today's wod 4 rounds + snatch + lunges. 55#. snatches were ok at that weight, but the lunges were really hard.

  11. Buzzard is the most passionate (if Ken is dq'd for being a trainer), Mike D. is the most dedicated (one solid year of main site with ridiculous gains), and Candice is the most badass and tenacious. Castillo is the most improved that I've witnessed(with big props to Heath and Ryan), but I may have to vote for Scott for constant 2 year improvement in cardio, skill, and big gains in strength.

  12. Well said, Ava! The trainers are def awesome and keep us coming back for more!

    6 rounds Rx'd
In my eyes, I missed it by one rep b/c my last K2E was shotty, but Chris and everyone said to take it...so i'll take it. Rough one, change of pace, well needed.

  13. 12 rds rx'd. Tough one but I was feeling pretty good today.

Thanks for the kind words guys I really do appreciate it. My vote definitely goes to Heath. The improvement he is making is incredible and its only getting better. And on the womens side I'm gonna have to go with Candice as well. Without her pushing me every time we work out I would be nowhere near where I am now. You can sense the passion and the drive that she has...even if she does go a little overboard sometimes ha

  14. Oh and of course the trainers. Besides the huge help you have been with form and technique...the level of intensity you bring to a wod helps me to see what it takes to get to that next level.

  15. Trainers, goes without saying!!! Without the motivation and determination to push us further than we think we can go, there would be no GSX... :)

  16. Ava has quietly come a long way. Big gains in strength and lifting technique, but more importantly last year she hated to run but now she doesn't bat an eye at running wods.

Ali is still the cardio queen. She was also staying after and doing lots of lifting until the back got jacked. She misses being able to do the class wods but is still happy to hear my results. She motivates me.

  17. Oh, that's just the botox, Raif. I still hate to run! :)

  18. Ryan,

12 freaking rounds?! Have you lost feeling in your limbs?! Awesome job, man! Wish I would have stayed and watched it!!

  19. Was going to do the WOD but came in early to work on snatches, ended up with a snatch and clean PR. 155# snatch, and 215# clean. If I actually caught either one of them in the squat position or lower I could probably use more weight.
