  3. This was a great WOD but a very difficult one. I was burnt out.16:55 RX'd. Broad jump was the warm up 112" was my best, I jumped116" but fell backwards. It was great to be back.

  7. Scott said it "Tough" one for me.. My squats were horrible form due to weakness from "Helen" i am guessing, in lower back... These lifts are gonna take some getting used to for me... 12:22 65#'s to 55#'s..
