  8. Final Snatch at 135#. Not bad for after the workout. I will try 145 next week.

    Had a great time with the 0800 class this morning. Thanks Chuck, Travis, Meredith and all the others. Working with any of the GSX crew is always a blast!

  9. Happy to improve my form on the snatch and get a pr of 195. Did the wod with 135 and finished in 3:18. We did snatches into ball slames but sometime soon I'm hoping to do ball slams into...
