I think I have a pinched nerve somewhere in my scapula and upper trapezius (right side). Whenever I turned my head to the left or to the right, it sends shooting pains to these areas and to the upper right hand side of my neck where it meets the bottom of my skull. (I think it was irritated during presses today). Please, let me know if you have an idea on how to fix it or relieve some of the irritation.
