  4. A hard trail run and mountain bike ride until dark last night combined with a nice hard WOD yesterday morning has me in need of a recovery day...this WOD would have definitely beat my already trashed legs.

  6. I dont remember the time that this took, just one damn second slower than Cas though! DL 275#, wanted something that would be heavy but not slow me down.

  7. This has been a tough week of wods. DL's are a lot tougher when you're trying to catch your breath and your forearms are cramping; I did like the toes to bar though. 16:04 with 135#. Usually glad for a rest day but sad to miss Tsunami. Carolyn - give us an update on your back tomorrow.
