Thanks so much for coming to CF Alexandria.
I had a great time at the Cert and learned a TON.
It has been less than a week since the Cert, and I have already been able to do some free standing (un-spotted) handstands at the gym - which is impressive since I never did stuff like that as a kid, and I am 38 years old now!
