Had to miss this morning due to an early meeting at work. I did see though that the main site calls for 30 MU today, think I may do that one this afternoon along with some DU's.

lucky me I missed just one of my many weaknesses! I get a little more time to work on them until they show up again!

Did 30 muscle ups for time, first time to do this one. 7:43...don't think my time would have been what it was had I not been trying to catch Mike in the later teens and twenties. Great job 430 class today, even if some of you (Ali) had assistance.

Brought along my personal assistant. The mist felt good on the skillet. Tough coming back from a long break. Pull ups killed me...

Man I miss you guys. I can't wait to get back from Germany and back to GSX. Worked out at Crossfit Ramstein a couple of times, but these 12-14hr night shifts make it impossible to catch any classes.

On the bright side the bee....I mean water is awesome here. I had one day off and made sure not to miss out.

Had fun w/this one...legs are a little sore this evening. I really need to master the DU's. My times could improve greatly.
