No sooner do I talk about stinkin at DUs they show up! This got done faster than expected 21:03 and Patrick had his camera out cause pukie was a lurkin! Pace yourself, those 30 burpees feel like the final 30 of 100!

Thankfully we were inside for this one today. Really tough to transition from row to burpees. 19:25. Tried a few hspu's after class. Wasn't pretty, but I think I need to suck it up and get off the bands. Good wod and tomorrow looks exciting too!

Great job jas! This workout was just what I was needing.20:13. Jason rocked the handstand pushups.He did 15,10, and then 5 with little rest and we're talkig strict! No kip
