Did this WOD at about 65% BW, should of gone heavier. Each round average was 11 sec. Completed all 12. Great motivation from the 6 am crew.

Yes Travis was rolling. Mo basically cracked my will to continue as she issued challenges to beat her pace. Tried hard to do it, which shattered me on round 11. I was defeated. Went home and lit myself on fire in disgrace. Did this at 95#..about right for now.

I SET MYSELF ON FIRE AT THE START OF THE 7TH ROUND. MADE THE MISTAKE OF GROSSLY OVER ESTIMATING BOTH MY STRENGTH AND STAMINA. "ATTEMPTED" 185. COMPLETED MAYBE 8 RDS .

Did this at 82% of BW which seemed like a good idea at the time but got heavy fast. Had to stop after round 8 due to a lot of pain in my elbow.
