0600 Class did 20 min. AMRAP of 20 Double Unders, 20 V ups, and 20 Supermans. Sara’s recommendation to switch to the tumbling area was right on. It really gives you some spring. I was in the double under zone this morning. I felt like I had wings. I think I could have triple undered. Conversely, my V ups were more like L ups. Chuck kind of walked by, politely uttering, “I am not sure what exercise you are doing.” Finished with 10 rounds. Snapped a jump rope in round 7.

I knew you'd find some way to cheat sos you could beat me. You looked like a damned spider over there with your kness all bent touching your toes!! LOL!!!

I did not have any kind of wings and really need to practice my du's. And those V's done correctly (uh hum) are awfully difficult towards the end.

135#'s got heavy quick but I completed all 12 rounds.
