I gave into the pressure from Josh of "Newly did 32kg in the morning"...too much weight for me though. By the 6th round I had nothing left. Have a good wod tonight!

No. Lisa and I will be in Austin so we will miss the run. Maybe Josh can run a 2nd mile for us :)

Not in the big boy class today, maybe next week. Tried some swings with the 32 and that is a bit heavier for sure.
