Don't let this one fool you. It's a storm that may take a while to make it in from sea.

Don't discount the lack of lbs. It will sneak up on you.

This one is all up to you, and how much you're willing to pay.

Think for yourself, question authority.

Travis be the last one standing at 6am. Dave was 2nd to last.

I did my feakin' 3 miler and then ate me some tsunamo too. Only got to 8 completed rounds...and FYI for afternoon girls - I used the 25lb bag but - prolly shoulda used one on each shoulder b/c I am slow and I was moving kinda fastish. Maybe not- ask Josh - I'm just sayin'.

Keep those workout submissions coming...Suprised Chuck hasn't sent one in...Or Buzzard?

Chuck told me he wants to do an entire w/o comprised of nothing but du's.

I got nothin' on Buzz. That butthead is good at everything.

Working on it...Trying to think something up that's hard for the animals like Raif, Buzzard, Travis, Stephen while making sure I can survive it!

WOD: 12 full rounds with 13 pull ups and 13 push ups. This one kind of snuck up on ya.

I have been meaning to put together a work out, I still have until 0800 right?

Nice to work out with the 4:30 crew...10 rounds with 11 pull ups and 8(?) push ups. Couldn't keep up with Buzzard.

Loved the sprints with 50# duffel bag...great finish.

Kudos to Stephanie, she really did give it her all and tear up those hands.

Buy the pain relief neosporin and be sure to cover them up as soon as you put it on. It should get better in about 48 hours from a pain standpoint. Give them at least 3-4 days before you do anything heavy on the hands.
