My mile was a 6:11 which I'm pretty happy with considering I could not walk down stairs yesterday thanks to 150 wall balls. Candice rocked it! Andy represented Luke's well too.

The 6pm times were impressive as well - Scorcho ran a 6:08, Stefanie sub 6:30, several others right around the 7 minute mark. Awesome work!

Damn these times are great! I don't think I could run a mile in less than 9 minutes. Definitely need to work on my running any distance.

I know I can't run a mile in less than 9 minutes. Ran/Walked 2 miles at the track during kiddo's soccer practice: took around 30 minutes, but I did 25 lunges every other lap (200 total), and after each mile I did 50 GHD type situps on the monkey bars. I'm pretty sure the other soccer moms think I'm nuts.
