Just heard about this and went and checked it out. I dont know if anyone else has any experience with it, maybe it is good or maybe not.-- gymboss.com, it is an interval timer (only $20) that could help with Tabatas if you are doing them on your own. Just thought I would throw it out there.

Todays work out wasnt my best showing by far. Couldnt get the rythm for the DU's at all. Did 67# clean in lieu of med ball cleans.
