As usual, Buzzard and Mo rocked but Tom came out of nowhere and rocked this one with 19 rounds?!

14 rounds plus 4 push ups. The hollow rocks really took a lot of time, the more I fatigued the longer they took. Great job this morning everyone. Scott, be sure to kill this one!

OH, I LOVE these AMRAP workouts!! I can't wait for tonight. I was going to jog this morning, but now I know to save my energy. Thank you for the 20 min. workouts!!

Great job Chuck and Jason....and Tom at 19 - unreal. I just started the squats of the 14th rnd, but couldn't finish in time.

Tried my first Crossfit Total last night and was able to get 785. Disappointed in my press, but good to set a benchmark. Goal is to hit 1000 by the end of the year.

I have no idea how many rounds I did. Good guess is to subtract about 4 or 5 from Buzzards and Chucks.

Thanks Mo, I like the workouts that make me sweat. Unfortunately I can't count and workout so I have no idea how many rounds I got.
