So I enjoyed Josh's comment about this one "Don't worry, it will loosen you up from yesterday." Yea,that along with wiping me out as I attempted to chase down Raif the whole time.

I finished around 16:45ish which was about 30 seconds behind Raif. Not bad you would think, but I forgot to mention that I used 20# less than the big man on campus. I could do the runs just fine, but he left me in the dust when it came to the Thrusters.
