...well not really "fun" but really hard. It's a hard one when you're half way wondering just how your going to finish this thing.

Original workout was for 6 rounds but wow was it brutal. 5 rounds in 28:16 and went ahead and did the sixth round in 32:23.

Chuck.....are you a glutton for punishment......SIX rounds???!! Impressive. This one was so hard. My left hand is still a little numb..2 hours later! Great workout though...glad I muddled through!

My left thumb is still numb you mofo's! And my butt hurts already.

I tried to use 45 but that lasted all of about 7 lunges maybe. Resorted to 25lbs. 26:??, 5 rounds

Rho knocked it out today!!! Go Rho!

Mo, thanks for the push; went with 35# 2 rds then dropped to 25# for the last 3. Brutal on the whole body.

Chuck man....I was feeling kind of bad about missing this morning until I logged on and saw the carnage....6 rounds = 300 65# overhead lunges??? Unbelievable job!

Oh, you know I love the belly sweat workouts. Based on the comments though, I'm afraid, very afraid. Glad to see the a.m. lbs, because when I read 45# this morning, I was like, yeah right! Interested to experience the numb hands...

After 40 minutes of stretching after the workout tonight (no possibility of deadlifts after this one) just so I could walk to my car, a 45 minute bath, and carefully applied Biofreeze, I hope I can walk tomorrow. Definitely a belly sweat moment. Thanks Josh!

I am not yet a super stud like all the morning crew so I dropped it down to 55# and it still took me 33:38. I really enjoyed the pushups because it gave me a break from the dang lunges. By the third round my butt was on fire and I was dropping the weight around and getting dirty looks from all 5 people (including my wife) still left at the Fru Fru gym at 8:30pm.
