Wow today was tough! Thanks for the push Josh, last set was at 315# I think. Had Jason not have been there I wouldnt have done as well on the sprints, I think I verped a little bit. Lots of fun today.

Nice strength day, I tried to keep up with Buzzard. Did the last set at something just above 300#. Ripped up my hands today, felt like a true Crossfitter!

I am hoping tomorrow is something easier on the hands.

Love the strength days. Worked with Griffin today....started at 225# and finished our last set of 5 at 315#.
