When I first read this this morning I thought it said rows instead of run and I was excited but now that my eyes have opened fully I am not loving this WOD as much.

This is a fantastic WOD at 0600. No night vision as you leave the Gym and head into Como. I followed behind Jared and when his foot splashed in a puddle I just ran a different line. Always nice NOT to get passed by Travis. I think I am safe unless another 400 meters and 10 sit ups gets tacked on. Beth looked super stong on the dips today. Charlotte looks to be improving the running in a big way. Shelby got in a smack down with a blue band...give her plenty of space.

Surprised myself by not breaking on the sit ups while sucking wind. Glad I wasn't in Travis' group-dang! 12:00. Dips were 16, 14, 10 although I don't think I fully locked out any of the last 10.

Oh and Heath did like 25 ring dips the first round and high teens on the next two. He is rapidly getting stronger!

38,25,16 ring dips. I think that is right for the last round, somewhere in there.
