oops, Raif told me this morning about the marker mix up on my part yesterday. Chris, try tracing over the marker with a dry erase marker and then erase. Sorry, hope this works. I thought the marker looked like a Sharpie so I double checked the label before I wrote my info. I guess I was still woozy from Cindy. Let me know if the remedy works...

Chased Scott the whole time. WOD as rx'd. I can't remember if I had 4 or 5 on the first round, the last two rounds were 3.
