Felt a little woozy after this WOD. My total...70 thrusters, 90+ or - a couple pull ups. This one had a FGB feel to it. Constant work is key, try not to rest too much between sets.

"The thruster is a front squat followed by a push press," Chuck said. That was what I learned in school today. Always cool to see Travis get woozy, tell him to "come on" like HE is dogging it as he doubles your work output. Awesome work Travis.

I have no clue what I got on this one...all I know is that it was worse than my least favorite WOD "Fran." Yesterday's WOD torched my back during today's thruster's and my shoulder's were feeling my missed muscle up attempts from yesterday as well! NOT a fun WOD.
