Short but tough keeping up with the girls this morning. They did great with no band on the pu's....

9 rnds + 5 pull ups 7 push ups.

WOD full Cindy: 2 squats shy of 18 rounds. 2 squats!!! Andy kind of called me out so I had to do a full one. Hand ripped open in the 16th round.

The 4:30 and 6pm groups did awesome...getting in up to 10 rounds in 10 minutes. Way to go!!!

I always enjoy hanging out and watching the 430 class. You guys are troopers!
Did full Cindy today 15 rounds + 5 pull ups and 10 push ups. Last time got 10 rounds so was happy with that improvement.
