Dont remember what I started with but ended up with 152# on the last set and I think I got 3. Chuck you were killing it this morning!!

Took an active rest day yesterday and worked on various things. Ended up getting 84 straight DU's and MU's consistently. The MU's felt great for once!

could only get 4 on the last set at 152. Probably got a little bump from my legs on a few too, gotta work on form. Started at 95# and progressed up.

Buzzard and Newly probably kept better form. Mo knocked it out as the lone girl this morning!
