205 I guess. Really bad form. I think it was more of a push press max than Jerk. Ken just kinda gave me this WTF expression as I attempted it. It was pretty humorous to watch.

Wod at just under 10. Ryan tore it up though with something like 9:15.

195# on the jerk, kind of taking it easy on the shoulder. Metcon at 10:xx twenty something I think. Chest to bar on the pull ups are a bit different.
