Did this in 18:18 as RX. I was hoping to do the thrusters and pull ups unbroken, but that was just a dream that went away quickly.

Still wrecked from this one!! Thanks to encouragement from Griffin and Chris, did this weight wise as RX'd.. Still don't have pullups sans bands but working on it!!

This was hard for me. Thrusters are really hard. 18:08 rx'd. Now that's its over, I'm glad I did it.

This one was super hard through the first half then just very hard for the last half. 11:30. Then did heavy thrusters with Castillo and ended up with a 30-40 lb pr of 265. Totally stoked!

17:25 using men's Rx'd weight for the entire WOD...I did squat cleans instead of power too, cuz I need it bad.

Did this one as RX'd and it was brutal. Since Raif challenged me before he left the gym today I tried to beat his time, but could only muster a 13:10. Thrusters were broken as were the clean and jerks...probably lost 30 seconds on each of those while I was trying to catch my breath.

You guys and gals are awesome. I am bringing a friend on Saturday. A very good athlete. Iraq War Veteran. Very determined person. We will hit the 9 o'clock class and hopefully stay around to watch the RX workout. Did some 880s at TCU this evening, slow lap between laps of 3:22, 3:24, 3:28, and 3:29. Planning on running the Waco marathon on 1/31/10. Just looking to finish.

The 430 class crushed this! While the OPT work outs are great I miss doing classes with everyone.
