Looks like a good pull. Close to the body and proper back angle. Nice job.

really focus on a proper push jerk as it will give your shoulders time to recover a bit. Obviously mine didn't recover enough...20:06.

This workout really adresses a weakness of mine. I have difficulty holding a barbell in the rack for any length of time. The weakness was reflected in my time, but I got some good work in. Props to Jerod (sp?) who is shredding these workouts lately. Somebody drug test that boy for performance enhancers!

Missed an opportunity to get in to a class today so I did my second least fav WOD at CF 7. (Tommy v is still number one on that list). Did Fran. Still not great but PR'd by bout 40 seconds. Rx'd in 4:21.

Nice job Candice! This one was definitely more challenging than I expected-8:36. Wanted to throw in some squat clean work too so I did last year's regional wod 1 at a 'not trying to kill myself' pace-11:16. Bested my time by 17 secs and felt fine afterwards, which was not the case 10 months ago. And I hadn't just put a cumulative 14,250 pounds overhead 20 minutes before so......
