Secondary to this weekends sectional meet will there be a WOD at GSX this Saturday? If not I propose we have a rogue workout either outside at GSX at AHHS or maybe even Farrington Field. Let me know who is interested. Maybe a few people would be up for some 'Tommy V.'

I was thinking of doing WOD #1 of the Sectionals for Saturday's workout, but would be up for just about anything. On another note, I was so mad at Meredith for standing me up at 1130 I ran and squatted my a** off to a PR for "Nancy" ;)

I'm going to be running a Saturday class, it will be a blast of epic greatness.

Steve sounds like there will be a Saturday class, though I am would be all about doing WOD #1. Too many workouts not enough strength, stamina or speed.

Chuck, I for one will be around all of Spring Break.

I miss you! Yeah you...whoever you are. :P I have an angry demon living in b/w my shoulder blades/neck. I hope it leaves soon sos I can see yer smiling faces again. In the meantime my WOD's consist of home improvements and a lil running.
