this can be a real hand ripper so watch out.

Did this one one time and had to drop to push ups due to ripping my hands to shreds. Tape 'em up or be wise on this WOD.

nice brisk runs with the 6 am group...7 rounds and 47 pathetic pullups. I so need to work on a kip.

Wes was the super star of the 6:00am class! Bob was running fast in his fancy get up! Did 5 rounds and 36 pull ups.

Didn't write the breakdown on the board, but I think it was : 18+15+13+13+12+13 = 84. Who's gonna' break 100 today?

Steve

Word Verification : exesse (I guess as in an excessive amount of pull-ups.)

Another first time signature WOD. I did 55 and will look to this WOD as a real progress marker. It was almost fun so I guess I should have punished myself more. Also, I had several near miss running collisions in the dusty moonlight this morning. I love danger.

23-20-20-15-13-12 = 103 pull ups

Think it would have been better had I not done Fran at 7pm last night.

Great job Scott for getting 106!

30/15/15/15/15/8 + one ripped hand = 98

I only needed 9 more, guess I should have pushed a little bit harder. Till next time...

The praise goes out to Ken for all the encouragement. I was hurt'n bad and he kept me goin. Heath was a champ, had to catch up to him on the last run. All I can say is never quit, never give up and you can always get one more. HOOAH!!

Thanks Candice! I finally feel like I'm making some improvements.
Jessica - we've been worried about you! Hope you are all better! See you Friday?
So awesome to see everyone's huge numbers on this one - really wish more people would sign up for Beyond the Whiteboard! That was not a plug... I just like seeing everyone's numbers together and it is such a good way to track progress.
Thats all for now.
