I got in 5 2/3 rounds. I was on my way to knock out the last set of pushups when Josh called time. Tough workout.

I also atttempted hanstand pushups for the first time today after class let out. Let's just say that we were all laughing for a few minutes after I totally busted it trying to get in position.

Like the rookie here even knows what a "pood" is? I am just trying to be keep you guys and gals from lapping me while I learn all this proper technique and lingo as I go. All I know is that the kettlebell said 16kg how ever many "poods" that is?

How many of you out there are doing the tumbling class? I want to, but I don't know if I can fit it into my schedule.

Sorry to disappoint David. I changed it up a bit today. Had been up since 3 this morning and just needed to take it easy. 20 MU's, 50 GHD SU's and hit a PR on the DU's with 96. Just 4 damn more!! Cant wait for the morning, have to admit though, I am nervous!
