New PR today by 8#!! I wish it was more but I am pretty excited about it. I think I am weighing in at 170# so it is a little over BW. Great job this morning everyone!

huh, death by nose bleed. in a similar manner of death, john bonham (drummer for led zeppelin) drank a collosal amount of alcohol and later choked on his own vomit. on a related note, one of the drummers for spinal tap died by choking on someone else's vomit.

Mine was almost my uhh assweight. Is that a measurement? Should be 'cause it is significant. 65 and I didn't try more to get to failure. Shoulda.

hey....i like the assweight concept...butt (oops, pun) that would mean more weight for the girls and less for skinny butt guys! maybe i don't like that concept after all! i just want to do exercises that will LIFT it..I like mo's idea of hanging upside down...anything to fight gravity!!

Buzzard nice job man. I'd be stoked to be able to press my body weight. I'm not sure if I'll get to come in today, I hope to be able to soooo maybe I'll see you guys in the evening class!

In actuality all hanging upside down does is make the blood rush to your head. I mean that is what I've heard...uhh I think our only option is Spanks or maybe we'll have to develop Spanks with suspenders when things really go south.

did 210 press 2 weeks ago so decided to do sets of 5. 175.185.195(4).195(3). during rest for presses added 45's and did sets of 5 on squats. felt good to put some weight on these "how muchyabench" legs.

ps need to lose a little weight to do my bodyweight on press (3 lbs)

Glad it was just presses today at 4.30 on the skillet....115,135, 155,160, 170 (no bueno), 160. first time to max out at presses. glad to have a weight to shoot for to beat..good job 4.30 class...

I'm glad we're done having kids 'cause I think my eggs were fried on the skillet today (Raiford's my ghost writer on that one). Seriously, when are we going to get that tarp up? I'd bet there'd be a lot of takers at a "hang the tarp" party (it worked for the painting).
