This is the All American Cross Fit workout. There is a little something for everyone. We alternated 400M run for 500M rowing to accomodate the 0600 crowd. Brandan (sp?) went with the ring dips and led the pack. I finished 19 and change. I think I am doing a 5K race tonight. Looking forward to Josh's surprise tomorrow....something we have NEVER done!!!-Bob

Yep, pretty good work-out this morning. Finished in 16:25, but need some serious work on ring dips!

Did 10 rounds of 20 GHD sit ups and 10 ring dips. No time on this one, was just trying to get the full range of motion on each of the movements. The 430 class did an awesome job!

20:18 I think. Ring dips and GHD situps. Good workout! Great job out of the 6 pm class.

Also, went in early and did 100 pullups for time...5:17
