Good work out this morning by everyone! Med ball cleans add up, doesnt seem like much at first but before you know it, they have you. 20 rounds, was hoping for a little more but I will take it with no hand tears.

There was some mighty fine coaching this morning. Definitely tough to make the body do those Med Ball Cleans in proper position. My first ever blog and getting better on the pull ups...baby steps for me. 13.5 rounds today.

My board shorts are all clean Josh but I won't be there Friday. Going campin'!!! Weeee!!!

Only 12 rounds, but 5 rips. That's gotta count for a couple more, right?
