I haven't had the chance to do it yet Chuck but am looking forward to it. Looks like it will work the ba-jesus out of the gas tank. Any tips from anyone who has done it already?

I got two tips but they won't help ya any on your workout. Thruster is a cool word.

The double unders aren't hard for the first 21 15 9 but it's really hard to breathe the next time you do them. It's also hard to breathe during the thrusters. It's also hard to DO the thrusters.

This one wrecked me!! DU's werent bad, the damn thrusters kill though. 12:45 as rx'd, not a sub 10 but I am ok with that. At work today as I looked at the work out for the 10th time I thought "maybe I will do 105# on the thrusters". I have must been doing too much math for work to add up all the numbers, at 90 thrusters, good idea to keep it at rx'd weight.

Crossfit football cert was great. Outstanding. Why don't you ask the 6 o'clock class what they thought about just a few things i learned? There will be more dynamic warm up and post work out stretching to come. Get ready.

Happy to have made it through this one today. 90 thrusters scared me all day. Used 55# for fear that 65# would have left me "Friday Front Squat" sore for the week. 14:17. Liked the new pre/post work.

Yep Ken's pre/post stuff was great. I especially enjoyed the bear walk.
