Tough WOD, after your set of 30 it is all downhill, just push through it. Finished in 16:55 with Wes and Jackie right on my tail. Good job 6 am!

Day one of 30 day Paleo (Cordain 'ish style) wifout any cheats. Yummm nothing like shrimp for breakfast. Insert "meh" face here.

My back has been progressively hurting more and more since Friday. Wasn't sure I'd be able to do this so decided to stretch a lot and then give it a try. Tough wod but at about burpee 98, back started to warm up and not hurt. Hope I didn't do more harm... 16:29, belly sweat and some dead grass :(

Well Mo I guess you wouldn't want to eat any of the great breakfast casserole I had this morning or the heavily breaded chicken sandwhich I am having for lunch or the awesome german chocolate pie I am having for dessert.

JBalls I would hate on you right now but I spent the last two weeks on a binge. My "last meal" last night was Applebee's blonde brownie, vanilla ice cream, on hot skillet..and that wonderful waiter snuck me an extra bowl of hot maple butter sauce directly from heaven. So really...I'll hate you next week but today...I'm good. :) Meanhole!!!

I ain't wearin' them silly shoesocks. And don't think we don't all know that the peeps that wear those also have their Mommy make them matching capes. They just leave their capes in the car.

If Buzzard offers to modify a WOD and then have you do said WOD without participating himself tell him "hell no".

Other than that everything else was awesome. Great job to everybody at 1630 and 1800. The 1800 class seems to be popular.

Scott Ive been meaning to Congratulate you on your first muscle-up. So congratulations. A first muscle-up is always a landmark. Great work buddy.
