clean 265 pr on saturday. then amrap in 15 min of 3 hspu, 5 pull ups and 7 knees to elbows. 14 rounds + 3 hspu (no kip tucker).

At the races this weekend I am at the snack bar getting burgers for my peeps and a track kiddo orders 8 slices of bacon for his dinner. I swear I did not knock him down and take it...but it may have crossed my mind.

Hey Brennan, back is better, but it seems to have move lower. Raif guesses it's at the other attachment. I told him this weekend that I need to go see ya! It's so hard to sit out wods. Back to school drama today, but will call this week. Going to try the todays wod, we'll see how the deadlifts work...

ripped mine this weekend too! did 100ft walking lunges
21 pull ups, 21 sit ups
100ft lunges
18 pull up, 18 sit ups
100ft lunges,
15 pull up, 18 sit ups...and so on,
down to 100ft lunges,
3 pullups, 3 sit ups

16:47, ripped both palms. ouch!

Only had time for a quick dl session. Pr'd at 435 but I'm really shooting for 455 to help my cft. I've never done a true dl workout so maybe I should start there.
Thanks to Joe, Buzz, and Castillo for helping me rack weights in a hurry.

I actually finished this workout with the recommended weight... for the GUYS! Way to go me! Now I just need to figure out what these ring thingies are all about.
