I can't do todays WOD due to shoulder pain so I am going to do yesterdays. Anyone have any tips?

Press and Push Press @175. Jerk lift is still a little off so dropped to 155# for the PJ.

Great to have Kristen (GSX) in for a wod.

Hey Jason. It helped to move quickly from the kb swings to the row and use a slower row for the first 100m for a quick break instead of stopping after the kb swings.

buzzard: here's a tip. do the deadlifts at 275. bodyweight is too light for you.

This one snuck up on me in the end. Went 95, 95, 105 today. It was great actually being able to do a class today; everyone is so welcoming! Great job to everyone in the 11:30 today!

Press *PR 90 lbs
Push Press *PR 3 x 115 lbs
Push Jerks *PR 3 x 115 lbs

Shoulder's were def spent after all that work prior to the jerks. Just couldn't lock out the fourth rep for the jerks.

Annie-6:10 (tied my PR...grrr!)
