Today was my first morning WOD. It was good to get up and get the workout over and not be able to make an excuse to get out of it in the afternoon. 19:47 at 115#, power snatch 155#. Could not do front squats with clean due to past hand injury. Good to be back crossfitting.

looks pretty crappy outside today. can always sub rowing for running. these are full squat cleans. if you don't have the movement down yet, do a power clean and then front squat. U2 was great. a little hung over.

Still working on getting the snatch down. Was able to get up 135#

Wod was real tough. Took me forever to finish, but rx'd at 24:35.

190 on the hps. 16:40 on the wod with 135. Definitely tough on the back.
