First time to even attempt annie and I'm pretty damn stoked about my result! 6:59. Had a rough first round with the du's but then got 40-30-20 and 10 rounds unbroken!

Did it at my meathead gym instead of running today. Practicing my du's would be a really smart idea.

Did this at 6AM, as usual, before the flood. Agree with all comments above. That's some pretty fancy work Raif. I am doing the one skip, double under, one skip method. Might have to buy a jump rope with Mo. As with each workout this week, my time was 10 minutes and change.

Still cannot do du's so did triple skips and did in 11:38. Really need to get the du's down.

Annie 7:53PR...knocked 3:22 off of previous attempt. Not great but definetly improvement!!

Great job 4:30 class! My rope STILL can't do Du's so I opted out of Annie and did the Mooch. 15 min AMRAP of 3 bw back squats, 6 pull ups, 9 push ups. got 10 rounds.

Thanks cas! Was trying to stay close to you, but my DU need work. 9:42 would get 10 or so du in a row then would miss a bunch, had the red marks on my leg and arm to prove it lol

Joe smoked this WOD, as usual... Nice work Bro!! On the other hand Chuck forgot his sun dial to time my slow ass.

Also did the rowing wod of one min on one min off for 20 minutes trying to hit 3000m or you owe hspu... I think I'd rather sacrifice a testicle than do that again...
