Nice turnout for the outdoor workout today. Whose idea was it for the Tabata Sit-ups and Plank After-party? Good times.
My pullups need a lot of work. It took me 5:58 to do the pullups and the wallballs took 3:04. Tore both hands doing the pullups. Definitely need to improve. It was fun at the 6am class this morning.Steve, it could have been one of the girls this morning that came up the the After-party idea.
Yay for the girls! ;) Nice end to a good workout....except my abs were cramping up doing the plank....ouch. Maybe I just need to do those more often, haha

If the hand holds up I'm in for saturday. Should be ok. Was slowed by wrist wrapping the hand on the first part of todays wod but was able to do the wallballs unbroken and ended up with a total time of 9:26.
did the football row thing today. ten rounds minute on minute off. have to be over 300m on each round or hspu penalty. high round 313, low round 304, last round 309. 3093m total. pretty hard after round 6. i'm very sleepy now.verification word: unnicab. wasn't that a phil collins song back in the day?
Great 4:30 class! was chasing raif the whole time. pull ups 3:19 and wall balls i think took me around 1:46 - if i did my math right - for a total for 10:05. ripped my hands on the last 5 pull ups so my last 5 weren't chest to bar :/ next time!
