6 Barbell Ground-to-Overhead (95lbs)
10 Burpees

Handstand push-ups were tough for me in this one. To deflate me even further, I found out afterward from Ken that no kipping was allowed at the Sectionals. Chris and Kristen dominated this one. I'll be interesed to see how Chuck, Raif, Ken, and Candice do after lunch.
