20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times of:
Row 
Squat 
Pull up
Push up
Sit up
1 minute rest between exercises 
Score is the lowest number of reps/calories in each station.
The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

Another BIG showing at 6 am with some newbies too.

8, 19, 7, 8, 11 for a total of 53. Nice work by the new guys, looking forward to another big 6 am group tomorrow.

This was not too bad but did rip my hand again but in a different place than the 3 rips last week. Numbers were 7,14,5(missed last 2 rounds so technically 0 due to rip),7,9. Had a large group this morning which was nice.

So today was the first time ever for me to have to stop early :( felt like i was about to pass out! it wasnt fun! I recuperated and finished my last 2 20 min later.
row: 4, squats: 18, pull-ups: 5, push ups: 10, situps: 16 = 53 will have to do it again in a month or so without breaking

My revised counts are 8,15,5,8,10 for a new total of 46.

Did heavy (relative term) squats before and loved the lifting shoes. Thanks again Travis. 5x315,3x335. Hope to do more weight in the weeks to come.

54 but i think my ROM sucked... Also hit 20 power cleans at 205 prior to the WOD, which was a fun appetizer.

Think I did 9 ro,14 sq,10 push,8 pull,and 12 sit for 53 total. Didn't game it well at all but it was a great wod and just what I needed. Did squats before and was able to get 5x315 and 3x335. Gotta say the lifting shoes really help stabilize and isolate. I'm a fan. Feel free to write or think I told you so.
